Turn permit regulations into a step-by-step checklist

Who did it: Matt Rosenberg, Bangkok Rush Thai Kitchen

Turned home-kitchen (MEHKO) regulations into checklists for permits, inspection prep and kitchen setup; the inspector called him the best-prepared applicant she'd met.

Time saved: not stated in the source.

Steps

1. Download the official regulations and application.
2. Ask the AI to convert them into a checklist with deadlines.
3. Tick items off and keep proof for the inspector.
4. Verify anything unclear with the authority.
